I am a journalist and social media specialist living in New York City.
I am currently a freelance journalist and contributing editor at Pacific Standard magazine. Previously I was the director of social media at Bloomberg Digital, overseeing Bloomberg News and Bloomberg Businessweek, and an associate editor at The Atlantic, where I spearheaded social media for The Atlantic, The Atlantic Wire, and Atlantic Cities and wrote about technology and media. I’ve also contributed to Aeon magazine, Lapham’s Quarterly, Nieman Journalism Lab, National Journal, Outside, and other publications.
